There are now two different programs used for viewing hands.

The main one for viewing ECBC hands and scorecards is called
 BHV (Bridge Hand Viewer)

The other viewer, which does not include scoresheets, is called
"Bridge Base Online". It has the added feature of allowing
you to play on-line for free,  joining hundreds of other players world-wide!

We suggest you install both viewers, using BHV  to view hands played
at our club (ECBC) and Bridge Base On-Line for non-ECBC movies and
for playing on-line.

If you wish to install BHV or "Bridge base Online" click here : Install Viewers

If you have already installed the viewers click the "Movie Listing" at top of this page.

ECBC "BHV" (Bridge Hand Viewer) Software Installation:

This program was written by the ECBC director specifically for viewing Bridge hands.
All hands played at ECBC will be entered each week, along with the scoresheets
for your added pleasure. You can now review your hands and see why your bid was
the best and also use the program to view ANY bridge hands stored in files with an
extension of "PBN" (Portable Bridge Notation).

Computer opponents (playing Standard American Yellow Card) have  been included in each
session. The best play as well as the best bid can then be analysed.

To view the hands as played by the computer opponents you will need to also install
"Bridge Base OnLine" (see below).

The computer game used to play these hands is "Jack" (the current world champion in Bridge
computer games)..........(click here for details on "Jack").

ECBC is the only club which offers this!!!
