The best browser for viewing ECBC pages is Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Although other browsers will work there may be display anomalies such
as flashing text, colour "clashes" and disorganised layout.  

The best settings for viewing ECBC Web Pages:

 32 Bit color quality

 1024 X 768 pixels

 Text size = Medium

To change your settings:

 Right mouse click on a blank spot anywhere on your desktop
    (PCs main screen - lots of icons)

 Select "Properties" from pop-up box

 Make changes to agree with above settings

 Click "Advanced" button

 Select "Apply the new Display settings without restarting

 Click "OK" button(s) until pop-up box disappears

 Click "View/Test Size" in Windows Explorer main window and change setting to "Medium"
